External hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (web hosting provider). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the web hosting provider’s servers. The web hosting provider is used for the purpose of contract fulfilment with respect to our potential and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of the secure, rapid and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where the corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) of the German Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user's terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act. Retention period

Except where a more specific storage period is stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for processing the data no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for erasure or withdraw consent to data processing, your data will be erased unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, the data will be erased once these reasons no longer apply.

General information on the legal basis for data processing on this website

If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR if special categories of data under Art. 9(1) GDPR are processed. In the event of explicit consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, data processing is also carried out on the basis of Article 49(1)(a) GDPR. Furthermore, we process your data if this is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Information concerning data transfer to the USA and other third countries

Among other things, we use tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries that are not secure under data protection law. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in these third countries when these tools are active. Please note that no level of data protection comparable to that in the EU can be guaranteed in these countries. For example, US companies are obliged to hand over personal data to security authorities without you as the data subject being able to take legal action against this. The processing, evaluation and permanent storage of your data located on US servers by the US authorities (e.g. intelligence agencies) for surveillance purposes cannot be excluded. We have no influence on these processing activities.

Withdrawal of your consent for data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw already given consent. The legality of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected thereby.

Right to object to the collection of data in specific cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)

Right to data portability

SSL or TLS encryption

In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the enquiries transmitted to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested; the consent can be withdrawn at any time.

We will retain the data you enter into the contact form until you request us to delete it, withdraw your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. following the completion of the processing of your enquiry). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Email, telephone or fax enquiries

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

5. Social media

Social media elements with Shariff

Social media elements are used on this website (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, XING, LinkedIn, Tumblr).

You can usually recognise the social media elements by the respective social media logos. To ensure data protection on this website, we only use these elements together with the so-called “Shariff” solution. This application prevents the social media elements integrated on this website from transmitting your personal data to the respective provider when you first enter the page.br />
It is only when you activate the respective social media element by clicking on the associated button that a direct connection to the provider’s server will be established (consent). The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. 9/ 11 The use of Google Maps functions requires the storage of your IP address. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; (“Google”)). The use includes the “Universal Analytics” operating mode. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of the use of the website.
